The kettlebell is a cast-iron weight used to perform ballistic exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training. They are also the primary equipment used in the weightlifting sport.

HIIT

Is a form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise. Usual HIIT sessions may vary from 4–30 minutes. These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition as well as improved glucose metabolism.

Weight Management

A reduction of the total body mass. Weight Management can occur from a conscious effort to improve an actual or perceived overweight or obese state.

Corrective Exercise

It’s about choosing the right exercises for your posture, activity level and personal health history. In everyday life, we are constantly doing activities that create imbalances in our bodies. From sleeping on one side, sitting for long periods of time, or participating in sports like tennis and golf, our bodies slowly develop strengths and weaknesses that eventually lead to asymmetry in our posture and movement. These posture and movement imbalances can lead to unnecessary wear and tear on our muscles and joints and make us more susceptible to chronic pain and injuries.

Sports Specific

Sports Specific is all about explosive movements, reaction, speed, and agility. Conventional training normally put more emphasis on body transformation and muscular built. A program that includes sport Specific training has to be developed specifically for that sport.
